  • Proquest Use Proquest to access Canadian Newsstand & CBCA Current Events for the most up to date news reports from across Canada. Also search past issues of Canadian newspapers for reports related to election issues. These news databases are accessible from any school computer, and from home through the E-Library services of Regina Public Library. A library card and PIN number are required. Ask at your local library branch.
